New Resume Format - Helping employers and recruiters to screen resumes Faster
Every second counts, especially when you have hundreds of resumes to screen through for your job advertisement. You need to be able to pin point the important information from the resume and make quick decisions whether to shortlist or move on.
We surveyed more than 4000 employers and recruiters to validate the best way to screen resumes and what information are important; and we made this enhancement based on the survey insights.
What has been improved:
1. You will now find the important information on top in the Resume Summary section so you can make quick decisions on what you want to do with the resume.
2. You can now preview the candidate's Uploaded Resume quickly in SiVA without having to wait for the download to your computer.
