After about 6 months in Beta version - we are finally coming to the last mile of the race to release the first SiVA 11 module - The Advertisement Wizard.
The first version of SiVA was created in 1997, and we have released an upgrade almost every year since then. But - we have been working on version 11 since early 2008 and we are now only releasing the first module of SiVA 11.
1 year and only 1 module out? Why is that ?!?

The Create Advertisement process is now structured as a 3 step process that is easy to follow especially for new and occasional users. So it takes way the learning and thinking about the system so users can focus on creating a good recruitment ad instead.

The SiVA Suggest feature is developed to help users make the best choices in filling up the advertisement fields. The suggestions are all based on the huge historical statistics that are only available on JobStreet.
With example below - SiVA Suggest will show the list of possible position title as soon as you type in the first word.
And as soon as the position title is entered, SiVA will suggest the most suitable Job Specialization so you don't have to pick through a long list.
